Refund policy
Surface Gaming offers one of a kind customized mice skins for customers to personalize and enhance their gaming devices to suit their personality and their gaming setup. Thus, all purchases are non-refundable.
Once an order has been fulfilled/processed, Surface Gaming does not accept cancellation. Once the order has been shipped out, Surface Gaming does not accept returns for any reason.
Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct information when they place an order. This includes device model, skin selection, as well as clear, correct and complete shipping address information. If customers accidentally enter wrong or unclear information or miss key information, they should contact Surface Gaming immediately with the purpose of correcting the wrong information or to provide the missing information. If the request is received prior to order fulfillment, Surface Gaming is committed to make the corrections/additions requested by the customer. However, if the order has already been fulfilled/processed, Surface Gaming is not responsible for the consequences resulting from incorrect/unclear/missing information provided by customers--including, but not limited to, customer getting the "wrong" skin set or never receiving the order due to incorrect/unclear/missing shipping information.
Surface Gaming sends via email an “Order Confirmation” notification when an order is successfully placed, and an “Order Fulfilled” notification when the order has been fulfilled and mailed out to the customer. In the case of orders mailed out as “regular” mail (i.e., no tracking system), no other notification/communication from Surface Gaming to customers should be expected.
Surface Gaming is responsible for fulfilling the order as specified by the customer and mailing it out to the address provided by the customer. Once an order leaves our facilities and it’s being mailed out to customer, however, Surface Gaming is not responsible for any lost order, damage to the product, or delivery time delay issues.
At Surface Gaming we place integrity and trust in high regards; thus, we encourage our customers to contact us if their orders don’t arrive within the time period we’ve suggested or if they have received the wrong product. If customers receive wrong or defective product, they need to contact Surface Gaming and submit photos of product as received--prior to any attempt of application. If a Surface Gaming representative establishes that a wrong product was sent, Surface Gaming will reprocess and resend the order with the correct product. In the case of orders that haven’t arrived, a Surface Gaming representative will assess the case and will work something out ensuring that customers are happy with our products/services. Customers have 90 days from date of purchase to contact Surface Gaming to raise any issue or concerns regarding product purchased. In no case, however, Surface Gaming will issue/consider a refund for the order in question.
Customers are solely responsible for the application of skin wraps on their devices. Surface Gaming does not offer refund nor compensation for any issues related to or arising from the application of the products purchased from Surface Gaming. Surface Gaming provides video tutorials that customers could referred to when applying skin wraps: surface-gaming.con/skin-application.
